contemplated by my/our loan application) to do the following:

c) I understand this information can include any information about my credit worthiness; credit standing; credit history; credit capacity that credit providers are
allowed to give or receive from each other under the Privacy Act 1988.
Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd is authorised to give to and to get from the following parties; personal or commercial information about my/our "credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity:"
"a) Another credit provider, in particular Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd may get or give a bankers opinion about my/our business, trade or profession;"
"b) Any broker, financial consultant, accountant, lawyer, merchant or other adviser acting in connection with any financing provided or proposed to be provided to me/us."
It is acknowledged that information obtained by Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd on me/us may be used for the following purposes:
a) To assess an application for credit or to assess a person as a guarantor;
b) To assist in avoiding any defaults under any credit obligations;
c) To tell other credit providers about defaults made by me/us;
d) To assess my/our credit worthiness.
Authority to disclose to Enquirer/s
I understand that if Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd declines the credit application due to an adverse credit report in relation to me, then the above" named enquirer/s may be notified that the application decline was based wholly or partly on information derived from a credit report relating to me.

Other Declarations & Authorities
a) I have checked and understand the information given to Australian Lending Corporation contained in this enquiry form and declare that it is in all respects true, complete and correct. This information has been given to Australian Lending Corporation to enable it to decide whether or not to grant a loan to me. I" acknowledge that Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd will rely on this information when making its decision.
b) I acknowledge that Australian Lending Corporation Pty Ltd has the right to confirm the details of the information provided in this application.
c) I acknowledge that this application is not to be regarded as an offer or acceptance of credit under any legislation relating to the provision of credit. e) I have read and accept the acknowledgments and authorities relating to the protection of my privacy contained in this enquiry form.
It is acknowledged that the above authorities continue until the credit facility provided to the applicant(s) is repaid in full and the credit facility terminated.
